Crudités and Herbed Avocado Dip
Simple and fuss-free, crudités are a healthful, colorful addition to your appetizer spread.
For easy, grab-and-go party food, I arrange them in individual serving cups, with a dollop of humus or herbed avocado dip in the bottom. Easy peasy, and mess free.
Herbed Avocado Dip is delicious with veggies, crackers or pita chips. Enjoy!
- 2 avocados, mashed
- 2 scallions/ green onions
- 2 T. egg-free mayo (like Just Mayo) or coconut yogurt
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 T. dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- Salt to taste - 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
- Combine everything until smooth. Serve immediately.
- Serve with crudies, pita chips or crackers.
